I am a Professor of Human Rights Law researching and teaching in the areas of UK human rights law and European human rights law. I have particular expertise in relation to the Human Rights Act 1998. I am the author of Human Rights Law (Oxford: Hart, 2021) and numerous chapters, articles and conferences papers concerning human rights law.
