Dr Mladen Adamovic is a Senior Lecturer in Cross-Cultural Management at King’s College London, with a research and teaching focus on social issues in the workplace, specifically:

- Inclusion of ethnic minorities: Diversity management, discrimination in recruitment, artificial intelligence in recruitment, and managing diverse teams.

- Cross-cultural management: Managing cultural differences at work, global teams, and cultural values.

- Leadership: Leadership development, glass ceiling and glass cliff for ethnic minorities, leading virtual workers, team leadership, and resilient leadership.

Mladen has collaborated with organizations such as Cisco, Hudson RPO, Diversity Council Australia, Police unions, WorkSafe Victoria, and PredictiveHire to conduct his research and workshops. He specializes in survey studies, field experiments, and quantitative data analysis, and shares his research findings through publication in peer-reviewed management journals, public press writing, and presentations at international management conferences.

With extensive international experience, Mladen previously held positions at the University of Melbourne, Monash University, and the University of Auckland. He also worked at the University of Toulouse, where he earned his PhD. Mladen completed his bachelor and master studies in International Management at the Universities of Kiel, Lisbon, Rennes, and Belgrade.
