Mohja Rhoads is interested in how technology can enhance quality of life. She has been studying flexibility in the workplace for over a decade. Ms. Rhoads has also been involved in several large-scale electric vehicle and land-use research projects and has developed emissions methodology for use at the regional and city level. She incorporates many data sources including Big Data into her research.

Mohja Rhoads received her BA in Economics and French from Columbia University, her MA in Urban Planning from UCLA, and her PhD in Policy, Planning and Development from USC.

She is currently a Research Consultant and Lecturer, and she Telecommutes quite often.
