Molly Paulson is a registered dietitian and Clinical Instructor at Georgia State University's Nutrition Department. She has been a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) since 2004. Molly teaches Nutrition Counseling Skills and is a preceptor to graduate students in the Coordinated Program of Dietetics at Georgia State University.
Before instructing at Georgia State, Molly had a private practice where she consulted individuals with weight loss, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension and other nutrition related concerns.
Molly has her undergraduate degree from Purdue University, her Master's in Nutritional Science from San Jose State University, and completed her dietetic internship with Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA.
