Mustapha Bangura

Mustapha's research agenda revolves around property economics, focusing on housing affordability, housing price behaviour, property investment analysis, property financing strategies, property risk analysis, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and the relationship between property prices and economic fundamentals. I have published in top property journals including Housing Studies, Habitat International, Journal of Housing and Built Environment, and Buildings.

I have also done extensive work on economic and financial appraisals for both private companies and public institutions in Australia and across the globe.
