Nalini Pather is Professor & Chair of Anatomy at UNSW Medicine & Health. She is also the co-Director of the UNSW Scientia Education Academy. Nalini has a passion for both biomedical visualisation and for medical education. She has published on mixed and virtual reality in medicine and education, surgical anatomy, human variation, and paediatric anatomy. Nalini has won several awards (Faculty, Vice-Chancellor, Australian OLT citation awards) for her contributions to higher education in Australia. In 2020, she was appointed Chair of the International Program for Anatomical Education (FIPAE), a program of the International Federation of Associations of Anatomists (IFAA). Nalini is also the Assistant Editor for Anatomical Sciences Education.
