Natalie Slawinski

Professor of Sustainability and Strategy, University of Victoria

I research how organizations respond to social and environmental challenges, and am particularly interested in novel organizational forms, such as social enterprises, that create positive societal changes. I also study organizational paradoxes, place-based organizing, community entrepreneurship, and organizational sustainability. I have published in leading management journals such as Organization Science and Strategic Management Journal, and am currently a research follow at the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation at the Judge Business School, Cambridge University.
