Natalie Smith is currently a PhD student and business founder. She is a "reflective practitioner", specialising in helping individuals and organisations "make strategy reality". Natalie's research focuses on workplace of the future, in particular, flexible work practices and improving transformational change outcomes. Prior to an academic career, Natalie was a partner in Deloitte, building a national Project Risk Advisory business while working part-time. Roles included the Chief Delivery Officer role for a large government organisation and advising on complex digital transformation programs. She is an accredited project specialist and works with boards and executives on leading change. Natalie has a Bachelor Science (Computer Science and Maths), Masters HR and OD and Masters in Business Research.
