Neal Ternes

Neal C. Ternes, Ph.D., is an assistant professor within the Arkansas State University Department of Health, Exercise, and Sport Science. Neal’s research focuses on sport governance and the sociological study of sporting community, specifically focusing on relationships between sporting entities and the state as well as the status of athletes and fans relative to state-sport relations.
