I was trained as an historian and social scientist - though my interests have drifted towards American philosophy, intellectual historiography, and twentieth century diplomatic history.

Currently, however, I am a Research Fellow for the University of Edinburgh.

I am eager to advance my career as an academic researcher, independent scholar, and journalist.
