Nikki Godden-Rasul

Nikki’s research interests primarily lie in the fields of rape law and policy, restorative justice and sexual violence, tort law and gender, feminist legal theory, and criminal justice and gender. Her current research projects interrogate the concept of harm in the context of rape and different legal responses, and conceptions of harm underpinning the abuse of intimate media (eg so-called 'revenge porn') and other similar forms of technology facilitated violence against women.
