Nnamdi O. Madichie is currently Professor of Marketing & Entrepreneurship at the University of Kigali, Rwanda, as well as a Research Fellow at the Bloomsbury Institute, London. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy of England & Wales (SFHEA). His research straddles broad areas of marketing & entrepreneurship, cutting across sectors (creative industries, music, movies and sports), and geographic contexts (Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East). He is the author of Marketing Senegal Through Hip-Hop - A Discourse Analysis of Akon’s Music and Lyrics and Review of Highlife Music in West Africa: Down Memory Lane.
