Senior Lecturer in Employment Relations and Human Resource Management, Te Herenga Waka — Victoria University of Wellington

Noelle is a Senior Lecturer of Employment Relations and Human Resource Management in the School of Management, and a Research Associate of the Centre for Labour, Employment and Work (CLEW). She formerly taught and researched at the Smurfit Graduate School of Business at University College Dublin, Ireland. She completed her PhD at the University of Warwick in the UK. Noelle is the co-editor in chief of Labour and Industry: a journal of the social and economic relations at work and on the editorial board of the International Journal of Human Resource Management. She is also a Research Associate at the Centre for Labour, Employment and Work (CLEW). Noelle's research interests lie across the areas of gender equity, work organisations, job quality and international HRM.
