Nolan Sharkey

Winthrop Professor of Law at the University of Western Australia, Visiting Professorial Fellow in Tax at UNSW, Independent Barrister. Nolan Sharkey is an international taxation expert with specialist skills in relation to Australia, China and Singapore. He has published widely and speaks regularly. He holds a Ph.D., Juris Doctor with First Class Honours, and a Master of Taxation from UNSW. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies) from Murdoch as well as a University Certificate in Psychology (Derby), PG Certificate in Law (London), Grad Dip Legal Practice (ANU) and Graduate Diploma in Legal studies (UNE). He is a Chartered Accountant. He is currently Associate Dean (International and Community) at UWA.
