I have studied and worked in Russia, the US and the UK, and published in American Sociological Review, Human Relations, Journal of Management, Journal of Management and Organization, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Applied Behavioural Science, Leadership Quarterly, Organization Studies, and Public Administration. My research has covered a variety of industries (construction, banking, education, healthcare), countries (the UK, Russia, Bulgaria) and topics (e.g., identity, organisational change, leadership).
I am currently leading a project on the experiences of transgender and non-binary prisoners in England and Wales and collaborating on a project on hospital emergency departments
