Mental health researcher, University of Cambridge

Olivia is a mental health researcher at the University of Cambridge where she completed her PhD. She focuses on anxiety and depression, and how to achieve mental well-being.

Olivia's work has been featured by the BBC, Forbes magazine, the New Scientist, and USA Today, and she has appeared on several radio shows and podcasts talking about mental health problems and the impact that they can have on people’s lives. Olivia has also been invited to give TED talks on her work.

Olivia receives funding from the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR).
