Olivia Walsh

I am currently working as a Leverhulme early career fellow in French sociolinguistics/historical sociolinguistics at the University of Nottingham, UK. I work predominantly in the area of langauge ideologies, linguistic standardisation, prescriptism, purism and language attitudes. I examine both the French of France and the French of Quebec.
