My work considers the entrepreneur’s experience of business failure, from the demise of their business to their learning, recovery and re-emergence. I focus on understanding the interplay of sensemaking, emotions and coping; the unfolding process of change; and the entrepreneur’s evolving sense of identity, throughout their involvement with business failure.
