I trained in Medicine at the University of Athens, and graduated in 1985. I then trained in psychiatry in the UK, becoming a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 1991 and a Fellow in 2010. My postgraduate research degree (MD, as above) was completed in 1993 at the University of Birmingham.
