Professor & Director of REEaCh (Research in Effective Education in Early Childhood) Hub, The University of Melbourne

Tricia’s research is characterised by multi‐disciplinary efforts to understand young children’s developmental pathways during preschool through to school and the evidence‐based learning experiences and interactions which most influence children’s outcomes. Her work includes a focus on implementing high quality teaching practices to maximise all children’s learning and development outcomes.
Since 2015 Prof Eadie has developed a program of internationally recognised research which uniquely crosses the boundaries of education (early childhood and early years) and health (speech pathology), building evidence of early childhood educations contribution to overcome the growing equity gap in Australian communities.
