Paul A. Bajere

Dr. Paul A. Bajere is a Senior Lecturer in the department of Building at the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger, State, Nigeria. He teaches building technology, building maintenance, facilities management and construction technology courses. He received doctorate degree in 1996 in industrial technology with emphasis on facility management from the University of Northern IOWA, USA. He also earned a combined professional Masters of Architecture and a Masters of community and regional planning from IOWA state University. He also has an MBA from the Golden Gate University. His research interests include sustainable development, facility management, building maintenance and hosing. Dr. Bajere worked as a facilities coordinator at the Florida A&M University 2001 and 2011. He also managed several big construction projects between 10 and 60 million dollar range. He owned and operated several companies and served as corporate president and CEO of these companies since 1991. Dr. Bajere taught at several uiversities in the US. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers; Registered Architect Candidate, state of Floria, USA, among others.
