Paul Genoni is an Adjunct Associate Professor within the School of Media, Creative Arts and Social Inquiry.

Paul taught at Curtin from 1993-2018, and previously worked in the Library at the University of Western Australia, where he was Law Librarian for a number of years. His postgraduate qualifications, including his PhD, are in Australian literature, and also he maintains his research interests and publishing activity in this field. He is a Former President of the Association for the Study of Australian Literature. His most recent publication (co-authored with Tanya Dalziell), is Half the Perfect World: Writers, Dreamers and Drifters On Hydra, 1956-1964 (Monash University Publishing, 2018).
