I have submitted my PhD thesis having conducted postgraduate research at the University of Birmingham. The topic of the study is centred around stress, specifically how our views of stress may relate to wellbeing in athletes and non-athletes.

Alongside this, I am employed by Staffordshire University as a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology.
