Dr Pauline Nelson is a researcher in the organisation and delivery of health and care services in the University of Manchester's School of Health Sciences. She specialises in qualitative methods to bring to light the perspectives of service users, carers, health professionals, service managers and policy makers about their experiences of receiving and delivering care. She has around 40 publications spanning a range of international academic journals in the fields of: health services and policy; psychology; medicine; primary care and nursing.
