Peer Schouten

Peer Schouten is senior researcher at DIIS and associate researcher at the International Peace Information Service in Antwerp, where he specializes in the political economy of conflict in Central Africa. He's the author of 'Roadblock Politics: the origins of violence in Central Africa', out with Cambridge University Press.
