Petros Sekeris

I am a senior lecturer in economics within the Subject Group of Economics and Finance, Portsmouth Business School. I hold a PhD from the Centre of Research in Economic Development of the University of Namur, Belgium, under the supervision of professor Jean-Philippe Platteau.

I hold a theoretical expertise in applied microeconomics, including development economics, political economy of developing countries, institutional economics, and economics of conflicts.

My work has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as Economica, Public Choice, the Journal of Comparative Economics, Economics and Politics, and Economics of Governance.
