Phoebe Quinn is a Research Fellow and PhD candidate at the Melbourne School of Population and Global Health in the Child & Community Wellbeing Unit, and holds a Master of Public Health (Dean's Honour) from the University of Melbourne. Phoebe's work includes research into disaster resilience, community wellbeing and social justice, and knowledge translation activities including the development of strengths-based resources relating to disasters and climate change. Her PhD is exploring democratic innovations using digital technologies, and the role these can play in community decision-making around disasters and climate change.
