Pieter GJ Koornhof

Pieter Koornhof is a lecturer in the Department of Mercantile and Labour Law of the University of the Western Cape, an attorney of the High Court of South Africa, and the company secretary of Full Stack, a bespoke software development house. He regularly lectures at the World Intellectual Property Organisation’s Summer School in South Africa, and also advises on matters related to intellectual property and commercial law in the arts and craft sector. His fields of interest include competition law, computer law, and intellectual property law, and he is currently pursuing a doctorate on the regulation of internet monopolies in South Africa.
