Precious N Chatterje-Doody

Lecturer in Politics and International Studies, The Open University

I am an early career academic whose research is focused on relationships between (interpretations of) history, identity and foreign and security policy formation. My academic publications have examined: the Russian political elite's representations of history and national identity; Russian state-aligned media activities; the normative rationale behind the 'rising' power project; the discursive production of a Eurasian identity; and processes of economic self-identification and common interest formulation in the international arena.
