Primatia Romana Wulandari

Primatia Romana Wulandari is a PhD Candidate at the School of Social and Political Science at The University of Melbourne. Prior to studying, Primatia has been working on various development programs funded by DFAT Australia. Primatia received an MA in Management and Development from Van Hall Larenstein-Wageningen University, the Netherlands. Her research interest is on the dynamics of bureaucratic reform, particularly on how policy actors, institutions, and contexts interact and how lessons are learned over time. Her PhD focuses on the policy making of bureaucratic reform that seeks to uncover the challenges of reform during the period of democratization.
