Priyasha Kaul is Assistant Professor of Sociology and Deputy Dean, International Affairs at Ambedkar University Delhi. Her work focuses on multiple forms of inequalities in the areas of work, migration and media. She holds a doctorate in sociology from Bristol University, and masters degrees in sociology and management from Delhi School of Economics and Bristol University, respectively. She has previously taught at the undergraduate and postgraduate level at Miranda House, Delhi University and Bristol University. She has also worked on research projects for the Centre for the Study of Ethnicity and Citizenship at Bristol University, Equal Opportunities Commission (UK) and the Centre for the Study of Developing Societies in Delhi. Her wider research interests include gender, media, diaspora and migration, organizations, religion, and contemporary social change.
