To model the co-developing trajectories of adolescent brain, personality, cognition, and behaviour, and to understand how both the genetic and environmental factors impact such trajectories. These factors and their interactions have strong effects on brain development in adolescents and thereby inform public health policy, including both mental health and physical health and assist in development of novel targets for treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders.
