Rachel Cole-Fletcher

Teaching Fellow, Durham University

I'm a Teaching Fellow at Durham University and I'm currently supervising a project by Lexie Lexie Thorpe, an MSc in Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience at Durham University, looking at cognitive traits associated with anorexia risk.

My main research focus is in working with children and young adults with Williams syndrome; I am specifically interested in how individuals with Williams syndrome process and make sense of emotions, and the impact this has on their daily social functioning. I am interested in exploring emotion processing through eye-tracking methodologies in future, and also in other developmental disorders, such as autism and Down syndrome.

I have a one year teaching fellow post in the psychology department for the academic year 2014-15.
