Rachel Loney-Howes

Dr. Rachel Loney-Howes is a Senior Lecturer in Criminology in the School of Health and Society at the University of Wollongong, Australia. She has published on the nature, history and scope of anti-rape activism, with a particular focus on the relationship between activism and law reform. Along with Dr Bianca Fileborn, she is the co-editor of the collected edition #MeToo and the Politics of Social Change published in 2019 with Palgrave McMillan. More recently, her research has been investigating the use and potential of alternative reporting options for survivors of sexual violence: https://alternativereportingproject.com/.
