Rachel Winter

Rachel is a Research Fellow in the Institute of Applied Health Research.

She has a background in sociology and using qualitative methods to explore individuals’ health practices and decision making. Her research interests include the relationship between masculinities and health behaviors; mental health; social media; and international development.

Rachel is currently working on a Wellcome Trust funded project which explores the ethics of care on social media through interactions around self-injury.
