Randal is the managing director of Influence Consulting. His interests are in organisational strategy, leadership and the role of social identity in group performance. He is an adjunct lecturer at Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is presently conducting doctoral research in the social identity approach to leadership and performance at the University of Queensland.
