Doctoral Candidate at BehaviourWorks Australia, Monash Sustainable Development Institute, Monash University

Currently working on a PhD as part of the Behaviour Change Graduate Research Industry Partnership (BC-GRIP), a collaboration between BehaviourWorks Australia (Monash Sustainable Development Institute) and the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation. Investigating direct participation programs working with men and boys to addresses restrictive gender norms and stereotypes to shift attitudes and behaviours. This is within the context of exploring broader implications this work has for gender equality efforts and the better health and well-being of boys and men as well as women and girls. Previously completed a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Criminology and a Graduate Diploma and Honours degree in Psychology.

Previous and current experience working as a consultant, researcher and research assistant in academic settings and private industry. Prior to this worked for over ten years in project management and community engagement.
