Reid Kress Weisbord

Reid Kress Weisbord is a Professor of Law and the Judge Norma L. Shapiro Scholar at Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey. Professor Weisbord’s teaching and scholarship explores several legal topics including wealth transfer, nonprofit organizations, intellectual property and publicity rights, constitutional criminal procedure, and the role of law in influencing human behavior. His scholarly work includes more than 30 articles and essays, and a textbook on Trusts & Estates. Professor Weisbord served as Vice Dean of Rutgers Law School from 2013 to 2019.
