Richard Jimoh is a Professor in the Department of Building, Federal University of Technology, Minna-Nigeria. He holds a PhD in Construction Management in 2012 from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, Port Elizabeth-South Africa. His PhD thesis was titled “strategies for sustainable housing co-operatives in South Africa”. He has taught at undergraduate and postgraduate levels at his home country in Nigeria where he has put in more than 10 years of teaching experience, over 50 refereed journal publications and over 20 conference proceedings at both local and international fora. He has supervised to completion 3 PhD Candidates (1 as the major supervisor and 2 as co-supervisor), 19 MTech students and 66 BTech students. He is a reviewer for many journals.His research interests include: housing, construction health and safety, construction finance, cultural diversity in the construction industry and total quality management
