Richard is Senior Lecturer at the University of Western Australia Business School and University Associate at Curtin University. His research interests include digital marketing, operations and IT management, and sustainable supply chain management.
Richard obtained several awards for his research, reviewing and teaching. His work has been published in leading international journals, such as Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, European Journal of Information Systems, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, and Journal of Product Innovation Management.
Prior to his academic career, Richard was a marketing manager at Hubert Burda Media. He also has consulting experience with clients from the U.K., Australia, Germany, and Italy.
