Richard Maher

Richard Maher is an assistant professor in the School of Politics and International Relations at University College Dublin. Before that he was a research fellow at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies at the European University Institute. His research areas include international security, U.S. foreign policy, and European politics. He received a Ph.D. in Political Science from Brown University.
