Robin Banks

I am a human rights lawyer with particular expertise in discrimination law. I have practised as a lawyer and held the statutory appointment of Anti Discrimination Commissioner under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1998 (Tas) (2010-17). I have a PhD from the University of Tasmania researching potential reforms to discrimination laws drawing from social science research on discrimination, prejudice and stigma.
