Dr. Robyn Johns is a Senior Lecturer in the Management Discipline Group at the UTS Business School. Dr. Johns has taught extensively on the domestic undergraduate and postgraduate HRM program and in Shanghai. Before transitioning into academia Dr. Johns worked in corporate HR roles and has also worked in the public health sector. Dr Johns' doctorate research centred on occupational stress, burnout and reduced psychological well-being. Other research themes include contemporary and emergent issues in the management of human resources, with particular emphasis on the labour turnover and work-life balance.
