Roger Clarke is a consultant on strategic and policy aspects of disruptive information technologies.
Following a decade at the Australian National University, he has held longstanding Visiting Professorships at the University of Hong Kong (in eCommerce, within the Engineering Faculty), at the ANU (in Computer Science), and at the University of NSW (in Law).
He has been a Fellow of the international Association for Information Systems since 2012, and of the Australian Computer Society since 1986.
He has long experience as a director, secretary and chair of for-profit and not-for-profit corporations and associations, including 8 years as Chair of the Australian Privacy Foundation, and 6 years as Company Secretary of Internet Australia.
