Roger Lewis

Prof Lewis is an active researcher in the area of terahertz science and technology. The terahertz region of the electromagnetic spectrum falls between the infrared and microwaves.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Physics and a Fellow of the Royal Microscopical Society.

Prof Lewis is also active in academic governance. He was previously Head of the School of Physics at the University of Wollongong and is currently the Associate Dean Research of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Science.

He also serves on the College of Experts of the Australian Research Council.
