Rosalind Shorrocks

Lecturer in Politics, University of Manchester

I am a Lecturer in Politics at the University of Manchester. My research interests are in electoral politics, political behaviour, and social attitudes in Britain and comparative perspective. I am particularly interested in the effects of gender, generation, and socialisation on vote choice and public opinion. Previous research has focused on generational change in gender gaps in Britain, change in attitudes towards gender equality, and attitudes towards the EU.
