Rowena uses her research expertise to help industry find innovative solutions to people-orientated issues. With outcomes published in leading journals, she has successfully led teams taht engaged productively with research users.
Rowena leads a school of 45 academics whose research is ranked ‘above world standards’, hosts 2 ARC Future Fellows, significant competitive and industry research funds and producing high ranked journal articles. The globally renowned Australian Centre for Entrepreneurship is also within the School. With a real world focus to teaching and learning, the School’s graduates apply their skills in an array of management and human resource positions locally, nationally and globally.
