PhD candidate, School of the Environment, Geography and Geosciences, University of Portsmouth

I am a PhD candidate at the University of Portsmouth studying the taphonomy and taxonomy of pterosaurs from the Cretaceous Kem Kem Group of southeast Morocco. I am interested in all aspects of vertebrate palaeontology but I am particularly interested in the palaeobiology of pterosaurs.

I did my undergraduate degree in palaeontology at the University of Portsmouth and studied Carboniferous sharks from Derbyshire for my final year project. Whilst doing my masters of research degree at the University of Southampton I studied the microwear on theropod dinosaur teeth from the Isle of Wight.

My research on the Kem Kem Group is in collaboration with several people including: Professor David Martill (University of Portsmouth, UK), Dr Nizar Ibrahim (University of Portsmouth, UK), Professor Samir Zouhri (Université Hassan II de Casablanca, Morocco), Dr Anusuya Chinsamy-Turan (University of Cape Town, South Africa), Dr David Unwin (University of Leicester, UK) and Dr Nick Longrich (University of Bath, UK).
