Ruth Salway

I am a statistician based in the Centre for Exercise, Nutrition and Health Sciences at the University of Bristol. My current research focuses on understanding children’s physical activity, and evaluating complex interventions designed to try and increase activity levels. Physical activity is a complex behaviour, so I’m interested in applying novel statistical techniques that can answer some of the difficult questions, especially at population level.
