Ryan van den Nouwelant

Lecturer in Urban Management and Planning, Western Sydney University

With a background in social and design sciences, Ryan studied and worked in Southeast Asian natural resource management before becoming a urban planner. He worked as a strategic planner in local government before completing a PhD in urban development and planning at UNSW. Currently lecturing urban management and planning at Western Sydney University, Ryan’s research focuses on the intersection of housing markets, planning regulations and infrastructure delivery.
